Telecom contract with reduction of home connection price

Was the Telekom house connection also initially charged in full with €598 to other builders, with the €200 discount then credited upon contract conclusion?

I have yet to receive the invoice, but that was the statement from my contact at "Telekom-Hilft": invoice for the full amount and subsequently crediting the €200 discount upon contract conclusion with the resulting monthly fees.

my experience report:
- Telekom: Had the house connection installed (even though I am not currently using it). Cost: €399.95, without obligation to enter into a usage contract. It was also billed that way:
- Unitymedia: House connection costs €398.00 (in connection with a UM usage connection). However, I concluded the UM usage contract (cable TV/internet/telephone) through Check24 (with €250 cashback). It worked without problems and is cheaper than directly through Unitymedia.
