I already received calls where promises were made over the phone, they said the contract was extended and in the end something completely different arrived. (Phone in the wrong color and the contract was not an allnet flat but only with certain minute packages, which luckily was noticed before signing). So they simply lie on the phone hoping that you trust what is said and sign!
