Hello everyone,
We have decided to renovate our house with individual measures. Last year, we already applied for BAFA funding for the heating system. This year, the building envelope is due (roof, facade, windows/front door).
Unfortunately, I can't really make sense of the information online regarding the tax credit, whether the following combination is permissible:
- BAFA individual measure roof for 2023
- Facade and windows via tax credit also in 2023
This would at least have the advantage that I receive the funding for the roof "immediately" and do not have to depreciate it over 3 years. It always says that double funding is excluded, which in my opinion it would not be. Our energy consultant suggested the two options as "either or."
Has anyone done this before and can tell me if it works this way?
