No idea how that should be quantified, but it is definitely a disadvantage for me. I only buy every other product as described or agreed upon.
But you do have to know what exactly you want to demand. Withdraw from the contract? Statistically speaking, such a thing has to be there, without it you certainly would not be satisfied according to current standards, right? Right now you’re just jumping around angrily... but that doesn’t help! Here’s how it goes on: make a demand, check its feasibility, address it in writing to the developer and then enforce it. I’m afraid, as I said, nothing truly worthwhile will come out of it. What might also work: ask for an appointment with the construction manager and have him explain why and how this happened. Maybe your anger will at least dissipate a bit then.
