Hi,
I am asking here for an acquaintance who, by a stroke of luck, received a plot of land from the municipality. (Application process/points allocation)
However, there is the following information:
- total 24 parcels
- Price: €206/sqm fully developed
- Allocation according to the resolution of the municipal council; evaluation of application forms -> points allocation -> order of plot selection
- North slope
- specified building envelope (house + garages including ridge direction / exception middle part)
- Budget max. €650,000 including plot
- approx. 150sqm living space planned (not necessarily with a basement)
If there is still a "suitable" one left during the allocation, which would you choose and what costs can be expected approximately...
