Structural engineer costs - How much does a structural engineer or architect cost?

We have handed everything over to an architect, meaning planning, building application, obtaining offers, or conducting tenders, the entire construction supervision, and so on. That costs about 10% of the total construction sum including ancillary costs. So approximately 30-40,000 €.

I have a question that I have not found an answer to yet. Here, both the architect AND the structural engineer are mentioned. Let’s assume the all-inclusive package. Are the costs for the structural engineer included in the HOAI calculation through the fee zone, fee rate, and chargeable costs, or is this purely for the architect and the structural engineer's costs are added on top?

Often architects also have a trusted structural engineer who handles the complete package of structural analysis, energy saving regulations, KfW, etc. This is often cheaper than all other options.
