Android. Yes, that is also not really a deal-breaker. Only the volume is annoying. Especially in the evening, when it is rather quiet in the apartment.

Which exact version do you have? The new 5pro is supposed to be extremely quiet.

I have the Nuki "Smart Lock Ultra". However, it should not differ significantly from the "Smart Lock Pro". The difference is probably that the "Ultra" comes with the flexible cylinder.

Nuki was delivered yesterday.

Today I tried to install it – but without success. The cylinder is 10 mm too long. The supplied mounting plates for the Nuki lock do not have a through hole for the cylinder, which limits the length. I suspect this provides more stability, but at the same time restricts the selection of usable cylinders. However, there is no space either. Now I have to get a 45/45 cylinder, as currently a 45/55 cylinder is installed.

Visually, it makes a very high-quality impression.

10mm too long.

One of the two attached plates. Also available with staggered screw holes.

Nuki uses optical sensors for the fingerprint, which can theoretically be fooled with a photo of the fingerprint, but definitely with a print taken from somewhere. I would have thought about it first because of the children. But this is too insecure for me. And the older one definitely won't get a smartphone in elementary school.

Well, look at that, are burglar gangs already taking fingerprints? What nonsense. Just as pointless as switchable sockets so that the burglar can't use his drill. You watch too much Mission Impossible. Be careful that the thieves don't soon wear a mask and sneak into your house posing as your wife.
