Just ordered the new version with keypad for 359 euros. Let's see how good it is.

Report back. I'm curious for myself as well.

I have a Nuki on a 100-year-old door. It closes rather stiffly and really puts the lock to the test. At first, I was skeptical about whether it would even work. But after the first few months, I can say – great! We have completely given up on remote keys; now there is only a keypad (code) with optional fingerprint outside. The best option for families with children, occasional dog sitters, and grandparents who also need to get in sometimes. Additionally, manual opening from the inside and emergency locking with a key from the outside is always possible. The best!

For a few days now, there has also been the Nuki Smart Lock Pro. With this version, the old locking cylinder can actually remain. Unfortunately, a bit too late for me as I have already equipped all doors with the older version.

Hey,
thank you very much for your experiences. I initially ordered Nuki (not installed) and only later came across Bold and thought "OK, Bold could be the one."

After delivery, I have now realized that they are not so suitable for thinner apartment doors, as they stick out a lot. Well, that is only a matter of appearance.

I learned from Nuki yesterday that you can even test the system for 30 days. I installed it last night. What I notice here:

[*]+ Visually nice. A normal cylinder on the outside
[*]- When you "unlock" the door in the app, it always takes a while until the door lock starts (no matter how close you are)
[*]- Actually a no-go: extremely loud (regardless of the speed setting)
[*]- With Nuki, you have to press 1-2 times more compared to Nuki before you can unlock the door. Open app, select door > unlock > open door > possibly another message, depending on settings
[*]+ With Nuki, WLAN is already integrated in the lock. With Bold, you still need an extra "Connect," which you have to place nearby

This can surely be done much more comfortably via a routine or a widget. iOS or Android?
