Stair planning for basement stairs

Well, the OP could address that. If I ask because I don’t quite understand, it’s very likely that I want to help but am a bit “stuck in understanding.” However, a basement room does not replace a living room.

Unfortunately, I also do not understand why the granny flat needs a cellar access. Where the space for the all-purpose room sleeping/living/eating/cooking is already tight. EDIT: Above all, you can then also come up from the cellar into the granny flat, since such spiral staircases etc. cannot be properly locked anyway.
