Stair lights and ceiling spots wanted - manufacturers? Where to buy?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for LED lights.
1. Stair lights
I am looking for stair lights that are built directly into the wall in the stairwell about every two steps at a height of 30cm and illuminate the stairs.
Which manufacturers are recommended here? Where can you buy such lights? These lights are offered on Ebay, but I don’t know about the quality here.

2. Ceiling spots
In the hallway and in the bathrooms, I am looking for ceiling spots.
These should also be LED spots. Here the same problem as with the stair lights. Which manufacturer can be recommended or where can you easily buy something like this?
