Stair lighting - what options are available?

Hello, During the lighting and electrical planning, I noticed that I forgot the stair lighting. Which device should I have the electrician install so that I can later install a sensible stair lighting? I was thinking of a few small lights in the wall with motion sensors. If I have the electrician do it, it will cost a hell of a lot. The connections would be enough for me to retrofit later. Which connections should I then plan for? Or would a single light in the ceiling above the stairs also be possible? The stairway has two quarter turns. The straight section is about 3m long.

Here is my idea. But it is "only" a 1/4 turned staircase. But maybe it suits your situation.

An aluminum profile was directly plastered in. A Philips Hue LED strip will go in there and be Alexa controllable.

Search for illuminated handrails, that is, with an embedded LED strip. I think it's a good option and let's have them made.

I discarded the illuminated handrail: too expensive. How do you do it with the motion detector? , carving a "line" into the wall is a good idea. How did you connect the motion detector? Does it need its own power supply?

everything runs through Alexa. At the bottom right of the profile, there is a socket where the power supply for the strip is plugged in and attached/hidden under the stairs.

The whole thing can be combined with a Philips Hue motion sensor as well. Which then hangs somewhere in the room. The Philips Hue sensor runs on battery.
