Can you please draw in the north arrow? Where is the corner of the street?

I’m currently on the go, but south is at the bottom left, in the ground floor plan therefore at the curve of the property.

You have to like climbing stairs with 4 floors.

The roof will definitely be expensive.

I like it except for the bathroom. For the T, in my opinion, too small. The shower in the attic is annoyingly large. Otherwise, congratulations! Very harmonious for me with a beautiful roof as a highlight!

Welcome to the big city. There is a budget, the house in reasonably decent basic equipment turnkey for about 700k, as a fixed price.

Do you mean that the T-solution does not work well? I would like to have a T-bathroom. We will probably move the wall to the master bedroom (which will more likely be a kids’ room...) 30 cm further southwest, then the bathroom will be a bit bigger.
