Split gable roof or split shed roof???

Hello community

According to development plan B of our property, it is only allowed to build a hipped roof or a gable roof with a 25 - 45 degree pitch.
Eaves height 4.70 m

We would like something more modern that stands out slightly from the crowd.

Does something like the one in the photo below definitely belong to a gable roof or a shed roof??

My answer is not intended as a definition itself, but rather an attempt to bend the [B-Plan] :D

They are not very willing to compromise so far

Well, gable roofs and hip roofs are actually quite clearly defined. And they must have had their reasons for not wanting [Pultdächer]. It probably disrupts the appearance of the townscape or something...

Well, in my experience they (the community) tend to accept the "split gable roofs" rather, since the origin of the shed roof does not visually align so much with the horizontal :)
