Hello!
Do you know the movie "Geschenkt ist noch zu teuer"?
Sounds like an interesting construction method. Whether cutting the screed at the wall to the neighboring house brings any benefit, I can't say for sure. Otherwise, a drywall shell anchored in the floor and ceiling (not to the wall) was already considered; I would avoid any cavities.
If you want decoupling from the floor: not 10 cm mineral wool, but 10 mm compressed mineral wool, if it is still available from Fermacell or other suppliers.
I would only think further about the window once the alternative ventilation is clarified (my CO2 monitor goes off after 2-3 hours with the window closed!).
