Bonava is located in Fürstenwalde, so how about them?

Since it is only about 50km to the Polish border, you can basically count everything in between as East Brandenburg.

Imho...no more and no less.

Bonava is currently building a multi-family house 50m away from us in Berlin. Slovaks are doing the masonry, heating is done by a company from Spreenhagen, about which I have not heard a good word, and what annoys me the most is the search for parking spaces for over a year due to parking bans. So they are out with me. ;)

My family and I are looking for competent solid house construction companies, preferably in the immediate vicinity of Berlin in eastern Brandenburg.
We are already proud owners of a plot of land and now want to build stone by stone. We have already had some discussions and are currently wavering between large and small companies. Do you have any good tips?
In addition, experience reports about, for example, Helma or Massivhaus.One would be helpful. These are currently our favorites. One big, one small!??

I can now draw a first conclusion about our shell builder (ground floor and intermediate ceiling are in place), east of Berlin near Fürstenwalde, builds a lot for ARGE Haus. (I have individual trade contracts and no general contractor). The shell builder was recommended to me by the neighbor (roofer) and I would recommend him. I sometimes get on his nerves and it's not easy for him, but we still work very well together.
