I would do it if I were you. Whether for hot water or heating, you really don’t have such high costs in a new building. An investment has to be cheap for it to pay off within a reasonable scope.

Ok, thank you. I just wasn't sure anymore, many users who own an ST write the same, on other sites they are always praised.

The gentleman who recommended the heating to us also mentioned that it is worth it and that it protects the heating itself.

I always plan my systems as simple as possible.
This reduces system costs and potential sources of errors.
i.e. no fresh water station but a tank with corrugated tube for domestic hot water heating
