Solar system not used during heating phase

Hi, I have only just noticed that our solar system for hot water and heating support is not yet connected.

Our heating has been running for 5 weeks now to dry the screed; wouldn't it have been more efficient to connect the solar system to save on heating costs?

We have also had an electricity connection for 1 month but no meter yet; currently, everything is running on construction power.

What do we do now? Can I charge the additional costs for heating and electricity to our site manager or heating technician?

What is contractually agreed? How high are the additional costs?

What did they say about it, as if you had talked to them about it?

Now let's not be foolish. Construction power or via meters....in the end that comes to 25.50. and solar is simply not finished yet.

Nordlys that depends heavily on electricity consumption and the meter. Our heating system is supposed to dry the screed for 10 days using only the heating element. That is a few thousand kWh. It makes a difference of hundreds of euros whether I have the construction electricity tariff or the heat pump tariff. But before I start thinking about "charging," I will first talk to those involved.
