No, the house should preferably be built behind the carport, so that there is also a parking space for the son in front of the house (possibly diagonally). Therefore, you can assume 12 meters; anything else would be a struggle with 3 bedrooms plus a possible office.

And keep in mind while drawing that Max may be 15 meters of boundary construction. 12 meters are used up by the carport.

Yes, of course you can do that, but definitely not place the carport in the corner of the house.

However, you should also check how far the house is allowed to be set back on the property. There could also be a setback line. Because you have to calculate about 14 or 15 meters in length.
