Hello Yvonne,
thanks for the feedback. I know the topic is quite old, it didn’t progress for a while. Correct, so far I have only uploaded drawings of the ground floor. I already have half a block full of drawings for the other floors, but I was so little convinced by the results myself that I didn’t find it useful to discuss them here.
The running around doesn’t personally bother us, we currently find the idea of outsourcing the sleeping area interesting, also because it’s not solved that way everywhere. For us, the basement and attic expansion are financially feasible, and with the house depth of 12.50m and the knee wall of about 1.00m, it automatically results in an attic with a room height in the middle of about 3.50m. The house will be quite tall – the neighboring house is exactly the same in roof shape, orientation, and height. There are no regulations in the development plan regarding ridge height.
In the basement, I see the house connection room, a small storage room, a room that serves for guests, an office, or as a buffer in case you unexpectedly have triplets or something. Of course, there is also storage space (which I don’t like in the ground floor nor in the garage or an additional shed or similar) as well as space for a treadmill, table tennis, possibly a hobby (giant puzzle).
Few interior walls are not seen as a cost problem either, by the way, although we later had quite a few interior walls in some designs.
That referred to 4 wooden walls and a roof on unpaved ground, we can leave the shed out for now.
Best regards
