So far there is only one child, and that is 1 year old. The second one is still pending.
As for the planner topic, the second person is already working on the overall 7th draft. In this respect, a proper planner is relative. We were still with 3 GUs, all of whom have their own architects, and apart from a few deviations in the dimensions, they all provided a similar room layout for their designs. Sometimes with an extension and without dormers, sometimes with 4 dormers.
The design with the 4 dormers is already seen quite frequently here and is almost standard. The central staircase is also included by everyone in the program. In the new building areas around us, there are already quite a few such houses, which we have also visited before. Therefore, it will not be easy to find someone who plans it differently.
We have also discussed the topic of a staggered shed roof. The advantage there would be that it would even be cheaper, but because of the two dormers on the left and right, storage space for cabinets is then missing.
By the way, at least we like the look.
