Single-storey house + attic for 2 persons

Things that are needed once a year go into the attic, why a staircase?

We want a walk-in closet and use the hallway for it, no wardrobe in the bedroom.

The sparkling water bottle is always on the table with us, the rest / stock in the cupboard or refrigerator.

On the south wall stands my great-grandmother’s old kitchen buffet and my self-designed candlestick.. No kitchen unit

I'll have the roof drawn and calculated at 29 degrees for now...

I can't stand the sun... That's why I'd never sit in the south :)

Our current living/dining room is 5x10 meters and also open to the hallway...
And it has no echo effect whatsoever :o

Well then, , what do you want to hear here? Our opinions, as I still remember. You have them... What you make of them is up to you. You can think about it, but you don't have to. The forum members can't make much of defensive arguments at least, they don't care if you give away 10 sqm for a dressing room that could also be accommodated in half the space, ultimately the dark hallway is just a place to put cupboards, because when you turn on the light, you can be seen from outside and then you just retreat into the room anyway. In life, you often build twice: the second time, to correct the mistakes of the first house. You should plan for that when reselling. Regards Yvonne
