At least one "professional" (in quotation marks, aka provider-dependent planner) will only, for example, correct the stair width and otherwise leave all errors intact, as far as and because they are not approval-hindering.

I am repeatedly "deeply impressed" how matter-of-factly homebuyers are willing to flush three quarters of a million borrowed money down the drain by "saving" on a freelance architect.
