No. Hard to answer, because the answer can always be misunderstood. The outside of the vertical walls applies, which are cut by the plane spanned parallel to the floor at a height of 2.3m. Where there are no vertical walls, i.e. with the roof surfaces, the cutting line applies with a fictitious wall without wall thickness.
