So far, there is nothing to the right, left, or behind the plot...



So, the original plan was to have the terrace go once around the kitchen with the floor plan (and still in front of the bay window), thus around the corner, so that one still gets the western sun. During the day, I even find it quite good not to have the blazing sun on the terrace. A south-facing terrace is not possible (if you don’t want to look at the street), but it's also not desired by us ;)

Yes, correct, north orientation.

In fact, we have already had the idea of doing the whole thing mirrored; then I think we would get closer to what we want.

At least on the upper floor, the similarity between Brad and Leonardo is probably limited here to the bay window and gallery - that would in any case not be enough to effectively convey the character of the dream house.


Not with a roof pitch of ten degrees ;-)
