Ha... just look at the EG and OG outside dimensions :-P. Something doesn’t fit or I missed something.

Yes, since the upper floor is larger, the 150 should be adjusted. I just roughly calculated 10.60 x something... you have to consider that the many rooms in the basement are not exactly large. Rather small. I also don't see any bicycles in the building services area, a workshop of 8sqm is more like a larger storage room. On top of that, the stairwell was included in the planning. Then a relatively small bedroom, etc., is naturally misleading. All the rooms are fairly cramped. The large hallways are misleading too.

I don't want to be a spoilsport, but if the fire department and the football team don't help out throughout the entire construction phase, it won't work with the budget

Attic converted.
Where is the 2 meter line anyway?

Upper floor wider and longer than the ground floor

Converted basement
3 bathrooms and 1 WC

The earthworks

The size. That's over 150 sqm even without the basement and attic

That's exactly my point. I don't want to speculate now. But the effort is definitely quite a bit greater than ours, and there is already a €430k for 140 sqm including a normal basement.

What I basically find stupid is why someone has to put a house in the Upper Bavarian style in the Ore Mountains. They have their own, quite rustic style there, so why not orient yourself to that? Either I deliberately build without regional influences or I orient myself to the regional construction style. No one would put a thatched cottage in the foothills of the Alps, so why should a house in the Upper Bavarian style be put in the Ore Mountains? That always makes my neck hairs stand up. I am also a "self-confessed fan" of the insufferable Tuscan villas that you have to endure in almost every new development area (my poor liver). Otherwise, I can only agree with my predecessors, both regarding planning and costs. One more question: what is the purpose of the anteroom? I didn't understand that. I am missing the pub room here, or did I overlook something? This P-thing means nothing to me.
