We are building 185 sqm + a full basement (with daylight plus a partially integrated double garage).
If I calculate backward now and say you have only 25 sqm less living space, so 50,000€ - 65,000€, then I have to say that 450,000€ is quite far off.
Of course, it really depends on the definition of complete.
Kitchen, outdoor facilities, and furniture are already significantly six-figure for us and naturally come on top of the house price.
