Single-family house for 5 people: floor plan planning in the final stretch!?

We are at 1900 euros per square meter and, in my opinion, without much frills.
High-quality equipment, but quite simple. No large-format tiles, only white walls (the rest will be taken care of by the little daughter) etc.
I notice that the children's rooms are different sizes. That could lead to disputes later on. I just can't think of a solution.
I'm not very creative anyway.
Maybe later put the parents' area in the attic and on the upper floor the children's area with guest room and utility room (that's where most of the laundry comes anyway). And the workspace on the ground floor.

And I'll say it again: €1,700 per sqm is calculated very narrowly. Even for the Ruhr area (which is certainly somewhat cheaper than the Munich commuter belt).

The location of the construction project is the western Münsterland.

Design also western Münsterland and we have all offers available and roughly come to the price. It seems to be a usual price here with us - as one hears from acquaintances who are building - at least when building with an architect and individual contracts.

The average among acquaintances is around €1500-1700, with standard equipment.

Okay. Then I am not too far off with my €1700.00/sqm. But first, let's finalize the floor plan and then try to plan the costs based on it. Does anyone have an idea regarding the development of the living/dining room? Regards, Sebastian
