I have been following the old thread as a silent reader. I think the new floor plan and the changes that have been made are great! Maybe move the door of Kinderzimmer 2 to the right side of the plan again so that, like in other rooms, a wardrobe can fit behind it. Also, I personally wouldn't find it ideal that no large shower has been realized in the bathroom planning. A large shower is really great! Maybe move the door to the bathroom to the left side of the plan and have a shower behind it?

If I interpret this correctly, the hallway will be a gloomy matter. Kitchen is practically not furnishable - a 5 m line is too little. Hallway on the [Og] will also be dark.

Much better: a few things that still catch my eye: 1. I would move the front door towards the WC, then you have a good opportunity for a nice coat rack on the wall to the kitchen. 2. Entrance to the kitchen: think about how you want to design the kitchen later. Maybe it makes sense to move the kitchen door towards the entrance, so you can also put cabinets on the wall to the dining room. 3. The same in the children's room. Move the door a bit away from the wall to gain space for furniture. 4. If you make the passage in the upper floor to the garage a bit wider (1.40/1.50m instead of 1.20) - meaning you reduce the bathroom a bit, you have the possibility to plan a larger shower. There is still space for a cabinet behind the bathroom door. 5. Skylight above the stairs for lighting the upper floor. 6. On the ground floor, I would either plan a side panel to the door or alternatively a window.

Hello BeHaElJa,

the kitchen will not look like in the architect's draft here, as already written in the last thread. Unfortunately, the architect cannot do the kitchen planning. He doesn’t implement everything we say at a meeting anyway.

We recently started the kitchen planning with a kitchen studio, where we have the next appointment next week. We hope to get a plan then that we can post here.

We have dealt with the kitchen planning topic. Actually, we wanted a closed kitchen, but now we also like an open one with an approx. 3m long work surface on the west side towards the dining room and a storage area on the east side. Then instead of the window in the south, you can also make floor-to-ceiling doors. However, we still have some concerns about visibility.

Thank you for the hint about the lighting in the hallway (top and bottom). Do you have an idea how to solve that?
