Gracious goddess, this is getting more and more terrifying. The floor plan is increasingly dysfunctional. Do you emotionally want to rebuild a döner kebab snack bar, or what are the two adjacent small four-person tables supposed to be?
The kitchen is for a two-person household. I already suggested in #4 that you should think more holistically. You cannot design a house in such a way that a ground floor plan is a foundation. Therefore, it will not work to first divide the floor area and position the staircase and then be surprised at which possibilities you have blocked for the rest of the house.
Rather, the house must be planned as a whole. And that means first with a list of rooms. Fill out the questionnaire pinned at the top of this section, then you can be helped with that.
The approach of dividing a rectangle like a Mondrian painting is a dead end (in which, however, you can wonderfully escalate into worse improvements).
