Single-family house 160 sqm with two full floors without basement

You don’t gain much from that... what all has to go in there? Heating? Depending on the system, some kind of storage tanks? Distribution box? Washing machine? Dryer? Hand wash basin? Other systems for solar or similar? Do you possibly want to do ironing in there as well?

Has arrived. I have optimized the floor plan with the landing staircase again a bit to 10 sqm, but in detail, a little more would certainly be possible.

I am really a fan of landing staircases. But in my floor plans, they always look a bit lost, especially in combination with at least somewhat separated living rooms. Or is that just my feeling?

Staircase seems somewhat oversized. In sketches, I always draw 3m depth and 2.25 width. What do you have?

The living room, boxed in like a master office in a workshop hall in the corner, would not please me.

I agree with you, Meisterbüro fits quite well ;). That's why I've moved away from the podium stairs and towards the straight stairs as a room divider.
