I would start all over again; tinkering around doesn't help at all.

Ok, how would you approach it?

actually you can wait for the first appointment with the architect!

but if you have no peace you need starting points!

like for example the position of the terrace which results from the location of the plot, or the entrance etc. just draw that in and one thing leads to another.

PS 10m² is too small for a children's room.

So children's rooms under 12m2 are simply no longer adequate nowadays. Children do grow older after all. If anything, I would forgo my dressing room and provide the children with a proper children's room.

What about the windows? Can they still be changed or are they fixed as well? And the stairs?

Why? Start over? The project is already approved! If it doesn't fit: someone else will like it. I don’t think much can be changed now. The house has its concept and its structural engineering, the architect has already invested the largest part of the planning in it. Could become a nice house, but whether it fits a household of four, I doubt.

So, I put together something and quickly designed something. The exterior dimensions should be the same. I only changed the upper floor to show how the upper floor could be designed differently. Wall thickness, etc., would of course still need to be adjusted, and for the master bathroom you’d have to look at the drainage, which is not so optimal on the ground floor :-/
