Hello,
like many families, we planned the construction of a single-family house in Brandenburg last year. In autumn, we were glad that the Baukindergeld was extended until March 31, 2021. We were sure that we could take advantage of it, as our architect pointed out the simplified approval procedure to us. This is always possible when you fully comply with the development plan. Deadline in Brandenburg, which the building authority must meet when approving from the date of application submission: 1 month.
And now this happens: the state of Brandenburg passed a new building code on January 1, 2021. The relevant paragraph 63 on simplified approval was also amended. The deadline is now no longer one, but three months! And suddenly, hundreds of financing plans are at risk due to this untimely political intervention.
I don’t understand why politics couldn’t have simply waited another year with this. Didn’t anyone think of those families who had included this in their repayment plan?!
Does anyone else have this problem? Or has anyone already made first contact with the building authorities to address this problem?
