Ok you are right, of course nothing happened in the last 2.5 years. An offer was actually obtained back then.... but just not implemented. But I have never received a deadline. This is now the first deadline and only 10 days. A company just told me that they don't even manage to send an offer within 10 days :) Thanks for your opinion

And what about doing it yourself? A few pavement slabs don't sound that bad. Maybe you could take a photo of it?

I am not allowed to do anything myself, I was told. It has to be done by a specialist company. This concerns roughly 23m² of walkway.

The contact person can be, but liability lies with the perpetrators. Our garden landscaper was really respectful of the city's curbstones. When I asked him why, he said the city imposes hefty fines for leg injuries.

That's nice for you that your garden landscaper is so cautious. Still, the client is always responsible.

Honestly, post #8 does have its point.
