Are you supposed to make the path just "safe" for now? Maybe that can also be achieved with a temporary solution. I would ask your nice developer / general contractor / architect if they know someone who can lend you some steel plates or something similar for that long.

No, by 31/03/22 at the latest, I am supposed to have the proper condition restored with necessary construction work.
