Good morning,
our house was assembled in the last two days. In the process, the trucks of the freight company (apparently a Polish company, which is why communication is also problematic) damaged a neighbor's fence as well as parts of the sidewalk and the street (see pictures). The freight company is now refusing to cooperate and claims that the damage was not caused by their trucks, which is of course not true. We have also taken photos of the damage.
In case the freight company continues to refuse to pay and claims we have no evidence: Will our builder's liability insurance cover the damages?
Thank you in advance.
