hm… a car for €80K with 15” rims? That’s really nonsense. Ours costs only €30K with 17” rims. But that would probably settle the request for façade lighting. Lighting=car/rim Edit: Sorry, I’m out now too. These are just easy setups, it’s hard for me to hold back.

One should also consider light pollution.

why don't we just discuss the meaningfulness of single-family houses. not ecologically sensible.
This is about the topic of lighting.

What contribution have you made to my question? You have behaved more like uninvited guests. The pleasant news "finally out."
Moreover, the meaning of my statement was not understood. Then please assume 15-inch rims/tires on your 30K€ vehicle. More ecologically sensible.

This combination does not exist (unfortunately), but unlit facades do. ;)

Of course, it’s annoying when you get a lecture on the purpose of the project instead of a straightforward answer to a simple question. But you just have to expect something like that. It wouldn’t be any different if you asked about certain types of stones for a gravel desert in the front yard.

It is simply a time when, fortunately, more and more people understand that the saying "property entails obligations" really means something, namely the obligation towards the environment.

If you prefer to ignore that, then you just have to skip these posts. Maybe they will still awaken some of you.

Personally, I find illuminated houses and gardens very beautiful, as a passerby. However, our house is not illuminated – why bother, I don’t benefit from it myself and impressing neighbors doesn’t interest me. Garden lighting is only used in winter, when it doesn’t disturb insects AND I can see it myself from the living area in the evening.
