That is very commendable – and the exception ... In 90% of the cases I have heard: - we've always done it this way - we've never had this problem before - that's how it is - what's the problem In the end, we experienced everything ... from: - discussion and then the plumber and the client tore out the underfloor heating together and replaced it - to the craftsman not even showing up on site to discuss the problem, insults via email, court - to things like that he really wanted to tell us that it couldn’t be done any better ... contract terminated, invoice not fully paid and had another craftsman redo it A few good ones were also there where there was nothing to complain about or where you could have a great conversation if something didn’t fit, for example in shell construction or electrical work. The rest was just mega exhausting ... in basically all cases, the craftsman should have seen at least on the hint that it was: crooked, wavy, too far apart ... completely wrong. And then it gets written again in the newspaper that the bad Siemensians don’t pay their craftsmen ... But I like to pay, but then it has to be right ...I believe you immediately when I read your thread. Mine were different. They not only repaired their defects without any problems but also the "mistakes" that happened due to my ignorance.
