Good day. I will soon move into a new condominium. I have read that new tiles must be treated initially so that they remain beautiful for a long time. (e.g. grout residues on tiles, silicone residues etc.) Do new tiles need special cleaning? Which cleaning agent or sealing agent do you recommend? Thank you Erika

Cleaning and then walking on it ;) Cement residue remover to get it clean. If necessary, seal granite, available at the hardware store (we once used Lithofin).

That probably depends largely on how carefully the tiler worked, meaning how much grout residue there is. In principle, you don't have to seal the tiles separately as far as I know, but after laying them, a cement residue remover helps to eliminate the residues. But WATCH OUT, be sure to read the instructions and wear gloves, the stuff is very aggressive!
