Who plans something like this? With cavity masonry, the detail must be planned differently because the resulting thermal bridges can hardly be eliminated. For this, with the appropriate static dimensioning of the strip foundation, the floor slab is installed set back by the thickness of the clinker wall, the air layer, and the insulation thickness. That means the floor slab only partially rests on the strip foundation. Then the insulation can be extended down to the strip foundation and the thermal bridge is eliminated. But a planner should know that... Attached is another detail...
