Alright, if only one invoice from the notary is incurred for the draft, then after paying the invoice in March, the handover date can still be added in April, and you don't pay again for the draft. So, cost-wise, it doesn't matter to have the draft made first and leave the handover and payment date open.

This only applies to contracts between a consumer and a non-consumer. Between two consumers, no two weeks are necessary. But the OP has so many different threads on so many purchase topics that I don't even know who is supposed to buy what from whom.
