That's why banks no longer calculate with flat rates from a certain income level, but with percentage values.
But with 2k to 7k, surely a lot of special repayments are possible ;)
Sure it would be, but there are no children involved yet. So parental leave, part-time work, and additional costs are still coming :-)
I still find the income/expense calculation from the OP exemplary. Friends/acquaintances of ours laughed at us because of that, supposedly earning well over 150 thousand gross annually together, but allegedly can't manage more than 1500 euros monthly... yet finance every nonsense, think of the expensive kitchen in the fancy rental apartment in the best location.
@ OP: Why actually Lovefilm and Netflix? And how often do you spend 200 euros on eating out?
