Shoes on the terrace; where to put them? Would a cabinet be the solution?

The shoes are not lying around on the terrace for me, but in the living room. They bother me there because they don’t match my furniture.
The actual question: am I building something on the terrace where such stuff fits in, or will the terrace be damaged then?

The terrace visually looks broken, yes. Buy some in a different color that suits your style and therefore your decor or in a way that they are not perceived as disturbing. Things that I like and that are nice, even shoes, do not disturb anywhere in the living room. Better think about where you put the seat cushions overnight. I actually see them as more disturbing if they are temporarily stored in the living room.

You’re already wearing those mega ugly rubber shoes from the manufacturer Crocs and don’t even leave them outside? Why not? Those things cost 20€ and, thanks to their material, have no problem with water, as long as any rain even reaches the spot in front of the patio door. So just put them outside. Shoes for the patio have to be ready to quickly go out. They don’t belong stored anywhere else. Maybe in winter.

Small critters go into shoes on terraces ... quite nice, when putting them on ... ))))

What do you think the little animals find it great when a foot pushes in there
Place them upright against the facade in the evening. Then they also dry quickly if they happen to get wet.

The Nordmann has his back door for that. He goes into the garden through it. There he always puts on and takes off all his shoes. There is also a shoe rack from the Danish Bed Store. The terrace door is mostly just ajar and serves more as a big window than a door.
But the average South-Middle-East German doesn’t really want to see the point of the back door. So he has his shoes lying around everywhere. That’s how it is.
