Hello again, If a shell construction is leaky, that does not mean much - I have seen houses that literally filled up with rainwater. The concrete is not damaged by the water; gypsum plaster can be damaged if the walls are already plastered. Walls and ceilings must be technically dried if necessary before finishing, then no damage should remain. If you send photos, that would be a good way to assign any late consequences. It is all too easy for the general contractor to say "improper ventilation"... or similar. Send the photos, describe the areas where water penetrated seen without emotions (name rooms and e.g. "120cm from the window towards the interior of the room", "approximate diameter ...cm").
