Our neighbors have already planned their house completely with Weberhaus. We came to the plot through a municipal allocation process and do not want a prefabricated house. The 20 degree pitch could only be deviated from if both neighbors agree on the same pitch. However, because of the previously non-existent neighbors (us), they have now planned everything according to the development plan (20 degrees). We are both not planning a basement.I strongly advise against planning semi-detached houses individually. I recommend you Google "A semi-detached house has TWO halves" and read this thread , whose OP emphasizes that it should not be recommended as a horror story alone without praising his general contractor, who manages well amid all the mayoral and neighborly disasters :) I suspect that you are only giving a very abbreviated version of your development plan here. Incidentally, some roofing coverings are only recommended from a roof pitch of 21 or 22 degrees; 20° roof pitch may therefore be narrowly limited to zinc sheet. Whether you have to calculate the pitch all the way to the other end of the house depends on whether a staggered floor is possible. Then you must mean a general contractor. You could not choose a builder, but then you would not have to think about the house either. At least look for the planner together with your neighbor; this does not exclude different houses and also different construction methods, see also the first cited post online. Do not build planned as if everyone had a plot with boundary setbacks on all sides, and above all do not plan individually with the no-basement owner in front of the basement owner, see Goalkeeper thread.
