Shadow casting - Is there still afternoon sun on the east property?

I am planning to buy a semi-detached house, but I am unsure whether I will get enough sun or if I will be sitting in the shade in the afternoon. That is my suspicion. Two semi-detached houses are planned on an east-facing plot, 1.5 storeys with a gable roof (ridge height 7.64m). For illustration, I have attached a site plan. Which half do you think is better? The left or the right one as seen from the street? To the left of the plot is a two-storey architect's office, but at a greater distance because there are parking spaces in between.
