Can someone tell me what options are available for the wastewater shaft on the property? Concrete and plastic, as far as I know. Plastic is the cheaper option. But what type/dimension is needed? What does it cost?

Thank you very much!

Hello,
concrete was used here. The thing is huge, from memory I would estimate about 2.5 m deep and easily 1 m in diameter. The depth is due to the position of the channel (it has to go down to the channel) and the diameter so that it is walkable.
I would prefer concrete. It is simply more robust if during the construction phase a digger happens to drive across it. The plastic shaft would not survive that.

Regards,

Andreas
