I don't see anything concerning there. It's maybe 1-2cm deep. But what is that anyway in construction?

I do have my concerns there. Also because of the compressive strength in the corners. But mainly because of the inadequate concrete cover of the reinforcement steel. It certainly has only millimeters in some places or is even partially exposed to the air.
