was was even set to 60 degrees beforehand, but one reads that Legionella are only killed at 55 degrees
... what made you deviate from the 60 degrees and lower it if it was preset?
A heating system is usually preset by the installer; this belongs to the service before handover. It should basically work both in summer and winter. Individually, you can and should adjust it if, for example, the daily rhythm does not harmonize with the preset or the demand in some rooms is different.
The individual room thermostat of the warmest room should be set high, and the others adjusted as mentioned above. Problems can occur with external sensors if it is not very cold outside yet, but more warmth is wanted inside. Then you can also change the 22 degrees, for example to 23/24 degrees. You basically cannot do anything wrong if you leave the basics (settings you do not understand anyway) alone. What does always say so nicely: Never Touch a Running System ... or something like that
What irritates me: Reduction... heating off. It is about the so-called night setback, which some still have, others no longer set because of the inertia of underfloor heating. We lower it by 2 degrees in the evening, set at 9 pm, and then in the afternoon the target temperature is back on. Heating off would not be good! But this should also be quickly found in the manual; you don't call your installer for small things whether the ratio is good or bad.
If you get your place and also your bath water warm, your consumption remains within the norm daily, everything should be fine.
Edit: I can't say anything about your menu items, I don't go into that with us and I am only a user of a gas condensing boiler.
