That may be. But I have already heard from some who have tried it. Approaching them is certainly not wrong. That may make sense with building land. With houses, it's a bit difficult. Unless you happen to come across something by chance. I did that last year with acquaintances because I knew they were moving away. In the end, they offered us a completely inflated price for their house and we negotiated for a quarter of a year. However, they did not come towards us. In the end, they sold it just below that to someone else.

You probably took "approaching" a bit too literally now. And I would have mentioned the chance element in my Barthel tips long ago if it had any significant success rate ;-)
Take your time to consider a personal property-finding coaching, you have my contact details anyway.

I definitely have to take another close look at your Barthel tips. I just bookmarked them.

Oh, where can you bookmark them – here as a search input?

No, just the forum search. That's what I'm reading through :)

I regularly receive emails about this exact aspect: that the search is too inconvenient, whether I could perhaps summarize it currently. For reasons of time, I must ask for your patience at the moment, because it won't be possible before the book fair. But I've already offered you that you could gladly consider individual support for the property search.
