Hello everyone,

we have now more or less decided against a basement and I am currently talking to banks. We have received a concrete offer for our semi-detached house and we end up (with our desired equipment) at about 365,000 EUR for 155-160m² (we are currently moving walls around, etc.)

For the total budget, I have created a list and I am grateful for any hints as to whether anything substantial is missing or if amounts are significantly too low! Please don’t be surprised. Property transfer taxes as well as notary fees have already been paid!

Your total ancillary construction costs appear lower than the usual 10%-20% of the house construction costs. At this point, I would go through the threads on the topic of ancillary construction costs again and create a buffer.

Thank you for the hint. I believe the confusion arises from my headings. Here in the forum, other costs are counted as ancillary construction costs, which I listed in the topic [Grundstück und Innenausbau/Garage]. Specifically, utility connections and sewer connection.
