Hello everyone,
we have now more or less decided against a basement and I am currently talking to banks. We have received a concrete offer for our semi-detached house and we end up (with our desired equipment) at about 365,000 EUR for 155-160m² (we are currently moving walls around, etc.)
For the total budget, I have created a list and I am grateful for any hints as to whether anything substantial is missing or if amounts are significantly too low! Please don’t be surprised. Property transfer taxes as well as notary fees have already been paid!
Here is a small breakdown of the points outdoor facilities and wallpapering/flooring
For the topics wallpapering and flooring, as well as outdoor facilities, a "muscle mortgage" has already been factored in. Apart from wallpaper gluing (specialist company), all works will be carried out by friendly craftsmen at low prices. So the figures are 80% material.
Additional construction costs (17,850€) + interior finishing/garage (107,100€) + land investment (23,400 EUR) = 148,350 €
